Refund & Cancellation Policy
Luminary Stage provides creative and production support services on a project basis. The information below explains the relevant policy for website visitors and clients.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Luminary Stage provides custom, project-based creative and production services. Because projects may involve planning, scheduling, editing, preparation, and allocation of production resources, refunds and cancellations are evaluated according to the status of the project.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation before substantive work begins. Any refundable amount will depend on whether project preparation, scheduling, research, administrative work, third-party purchases, or other project-related expenses have already occurred.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has begun, payments covering completed work, reserved production time, project preparation, or incurred costs are generally non-refundable.
Deposits
Deposits or advance payments may be required for certain projects. Where a deposit has been used to reserve production capacity, begin planning, or commence creative work, some or all of the deposit may be non-refundable after work begins.
Completed Services
Refunds are generally not available for services that have already been fully performed or for completed digital deliverables that have been provided to the client.
Third-Party Costs
Fees paid to third parties on behalf of a project, including licensed assets, software, contractors, platforms, or other external expenses, may be non-refundable.
